Where is this place, anyway?

The ceremony and dance will both be held on our friends’ working farm, The Pasture ND. The farm is located in Cummings, ND, approximately 35 minutes from Grand Forks, and 55 minutes from Fargo.

Can my kids Come?

All of our nieces and nephews will be there fo’ sho. A few notes: it’s going to be a bop, there will be an unattended open bar, and it’s a working farm. Kiddos are super welcome to the pahrtay, just keep a close eye on them because outbuildings are only for kid goats.

i have allergies or dietary needs. what should i do?

We are having delicious steak, chicken, birria, or bean Mexican street tacos served with rice. We will have options for gluten free and vegetarian folks. If there are things beyond that, please reach out and we’ll try to accommodate.

What should I wear?

Summer dressy is the vibe! Ok. So hear an artist out. We thought it would be fun to invite our guests to wear our wedding colors. How aesthetic, right? But if you already have a special outfit picked out, wear that! You being comfortable is the most important.

are we indoors or outdoors?

This is an outdoor, sprawling tent, magical party wedding with vintage furniture and wildflowers. Rain or shine, we’re getting hitched! The dance floor is on grass, so don’t wear those stilettos unless you want to help them aerate their lawn.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding venue?

My friends got married in this same location a few years ago and only 4 people used their paid transportation… so we’re opting to skip a shuttle – especially since it would take an hour round-trip. Please arrange for a DD! We don’t want you to drink and drive.

Is there enough parking?

Yep! The Baumbach family will have a whole field just for your cars. We will also have a golf cart to take you from the parking field to the ceremony, if you have mobility challenges. You’re encouraged to carpool if you know someone else coming.
